How do you use the Soak Her?
- You just eat it! DO NOT insert into vagina or around your vagina area. Please read FULL description in listing before purchasing!
Why are your prices on the high end?
- Take in mind the type of ingredients used, product packaging, formulating, testing, time, etc. We provide extremely beneficial, high quality natural ingredients that are not cheap. You must pay the price to achieve proven benefits!
Why does my product look/smell different than my previous order?
- Due to using 100% pure, natural ingredients, the color may vary with every batch. This does NOT affect efficacy!
Are your products made in big batches?
- NO!! All of our products are made in small batches. This keeps ingredients fresh, ensuring your products are incredibly nutrient dense and effective.
What are the shelf life of all products?
- All of our products have a shelf life of 12 months.
Are your products cruelty free?
- YES!! there is NO animal testing whatsoever! We are huge animal lovers, and it is important for us to remain cruelty free!
Are your products safe to use while pregnant or breastfeeding?
- YES!! However we do recommend you consult ingredients with your physician, due to every pregnancy/breastfeeding being different.
Do you ship Internationally?
- NO! We do not ship internationally at this time.
How long is shipping?
- This varies. Please allow at least 5-7 business day, excluding weekends and holidays for order processing. Shipping takes about 3-5 business days depending on your location. Please check our shipping policy section.
My package was lost, what do I do now?
- Unfortunately, I cannot control what the post office does with your package. You MUST contact your local post office and resolve issue with them. All packages have insurance on them incase an incident like this occurs.
What is your refund policy?
- NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS unless there is an error on our end then please contact us. View our refund policy section.
My package arrived damaged, what do I do?
- All packages come with insurance. You must contact your local post office and file a claim. We are NOT responsible for how the post office handles your packages.
